To log in to your eStore, using Internet Explorer enter the url (web address) to your eStore's Log in page then enter your user name and password and click the Log in button.
To find parts for a repair job, Select the Parts > Find menu tab,
choose an existing vehicle or enter a new vehicle, click the Browse by Repair Jobs radio button and then click the Begin button. Follow the onscreen instructions.
The Change button allows you to change any element of the current vehicle’s information without having to start again, including specific conditions such as 4 wheel drive. The Change button remains displayed throughout any vehicle specific search.
The Jump to buttons are present during all vehicle specific part searches and provide a shortcut to the Find search methods (Quick Search, By repair jobs, or By parts catalog).
To order the parts in your active quote, from the active quote view click the Send Order button. When the order is complete a confirmation screen will appear containing the confirmation number and a summary of the order or you will be returned to Parts Home depending on your general settings.
Note
When clicking on control buttons like the Check Availability and the Send Order button be patient. These items can take some time to process and clicking a second time can cause problems.
