All quotes whether active or not are stored in Saved Quotes. Quotes in the list are organized by:
- Creation date
- Year, Make and Model (if applicable)
- Total dollar amount
- Created by
- Quote Description and vehicle description (if applicable)
From the Saved Quotes page you can:
- View a quote. When you click the view link next to a quote, that quote is displayed under the View Quote sub-tab.
- Load a quote. When you click the load link next to a quote, that quote becomes the active quote and is displayed under the Active Quote sub-tab.
- Remove a quote. Only quotes that are not in use by someone can be removed.
- Sort and search the list of quotes. To learn more about sorting and filtering the Saved Quotes list see the help topic on Viewing Lists.
About the 'In use by' state
When a quote is created or loaded the Saved Quotes list displays that quote as being in use by the username of the person who has it loaded. Viewing and loading a quote when it is in use is allowed but the option to remove it is disabled until the quote is nolonger being used.
Note
- A quote can have more than one vehicle associated with it. When more than one vehicle exists on a quote the original vehicle associated with the quote is displayed in the saved quote list.
