eStore error messages:
The username or password was not found in our records. Try entering the info again, or retrieve your Secret Question for log in assistance. [Log001]
This is a login error message which displays when you incorrectly enter your user name or password. Login user names and passwords are case-sensitive, so you must be sure to type exactly the same combination of upper and lower case characters as you did when you initially entered them.
There was a problem processing your request: The system could not complete your request at this time. [Gen001]
This is a generic message for hiding complex failures from the user. Sometimes this error may result when the user attempts to submit information but the required information is incomplete. For instance, if attempting to send an order make sure a Purchase Order Number is entered if the store requires one.
Browser error messages:
Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site <web address>. The operation timed out.
By design, Internet Explorer imposes a time-out limit for the server to return
data. As a result, Internet Explorer does not wait endlessly for the server
to come back with data when the server has a problem.
In general, if a page does not return within a few minutes, you may get one
of these messages. The most common causes of this error are either a slow network
connection, an overloaded server, or the server you are connecting to is down.
Retry your request and, if it continues to fail, select a different option from
the menu above and try again later.
Note
- This message may also read "Microsoft Internet Explorer error 10060 connection timed out."
Problems with this Web page might prevent it from being displayed properly.
In some cases when you recieve this message the web page you are trying to
access will be rendered accurately from the top of the page to an arbitrary
point midway down the page, and the remainder of the page is blank or rendered
inaccurately. Refreshing the page may result in a fully-formed page, although
subsequent refreshes may generate the same problem. To resolve this issue, download
and install the appropriate version of the Internet Explorer.
A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug?
Answer No to the question and the program should work just fine. Sometimes
a the web browser will receive a script error when you are using a certain page
on this Site and try to debug it because script debugging is turned on in the
web browser options. We recommend that you disable the script debugging option
by doing the following:
- Click on the Tools menu at the top of Internet Explorer.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- Put a checkmark in the "Disable script debugging" box as shown
below.
- You must close all your Internet Explorers for this setting to take affect.
