Using the program window

Once you have logged in all program activities will be performed from within the program window. The program window contains a number of elements. Following are elements common to most screens:

• Menu tabs to organize your basic activities.
• Menu sub-tabs which subclass the above-mentioned menu tabs.
• Another navigation bar at the bottom to step you through various workflows.
• An active quote (mini quote) summary
• Return to Home icon that allows you to return to the start screen from anywhere in the application
• Dynamic tool tips to expand on information fields and navigation elements without sacrificing screen real estate.
• Paging controls to facilitate paging through multi-page displays

• The Internet Explorer Back and Forward buttons are not supported at this time and can cause erratic operation of this program. Use the navigation and control buttons within the program window.
