The Secret Question page allows you to select a password hint and answer to aid in remembering your password. If you, at some future point, cannot remember your password you can click on the Forgotten your username or password? link from the log in menu. Then once you submit your username, email, or personal information, you will be asked the secret question selected here. If you can correctly answer the question you can then recreate your password.
